    What kind of bread is that? I have never seen sliced bread with such a big "head".

    That is a large loaf of half wheat & half white. I get from a local Mom n Pop bakery here in Wausau. Its the only one left. Other than our grocery store bakery's

    Well time for some Big Papa's garlic brocoli

    Put it on as described only using the Sizzle Q instead of the forgmats Seemed to work pretty well.

    Cooked for the 15 min & pulled it & cranked up JB to 450 & added the t-bones. When they were about done I put the brocoli back on for its sear.


    The Brocoli was fantastic! Reminded me of stir fry brocoli.


    Its been a FUN weekend cooking/experimenting. So far I feel the Sizzle Q is well worth the money. We do 90 percent of our cooking outdoors any way. this is a neat addition!
