    Default James roast beef

    My neighbor busted out his bullet smoker and cooked up a six pound roast with Pappys and Garlic inserted a la Peculiarmike.

    Came out great!




    All done.





    Sorry not many pictures.I passed my camera over the fence and told him to take a picture.

    Here is a sandwich I made with a little leftover.Put some roasted red peppers on it.
