Default FEC Sirloin strip, speargrass, and twice baked

I need to fire up the FEC to re orient myself to it, so we did up a strip sirloin roast and some marinated spear grass.

Here are some pix. (Gotta make this quick, I gotta get to beed for early fishing trip)

This is the rub I used, and it was absolutely great. Someone here knows who made it. I am not telling any names yet. He will have to fess up. When he does, I will tel you that you really need to buy some from him.

    Look familiar anyone?

    Here is the rubbed roast:

    Marinated and smoked Asparagus:

    Roasted and sliced roast:

    And Twice baked tater:

I know you can't enjoy it as much as we did, but I hope you do enjoy it.
