    Default Fish and Chips

We invited family over and had a fish fry tonight.

    Fried up some french fries.

    Then some cod.

    And some shrimp.

    My plate.

It doesn't look like it in the pics but there was a lot of food. If anybody went home hungry it was there own damn fault.

    Gas, using a banjo burner.

    Batter, I doubled this
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup beer (I used Guinness)
