    Default 1st outdoor grilling of the year

    Well it finely happend, it got to 40 degrees today and it was time to pull the cover off the grill...yeish what a mess. Turned on all 3 burners wide open, let her make some carbon, half hour later...good as new. Threw on some pork steaks. with a little lawreys, garlic salt and some seasalt and pepper, cooked them for 7 minutes a side, got out the .99 cent Q sauce brushed it on both sides...ahhh, life is good....

    Man Pitboss, I just got home from work, 12 hrs., and those steaks would definately be my supper if I were there.
    Great job, I wouldn't have a problem devouring 2 or 3 of them.

    Nice looking eats. What grill are you using?

    It was rainy here today, and I was nothing but lazy; so, it looks like we're having chicken nuggets for supper.

    Its a Carbroil Big easy, 3 burner with a 40 lb tank
