    Default Broken Finger Tri Tip

Couldn't take it.I had to try and cook something.

Started with a Tri Tip out of the freezer.

Added some cowtown sweet spot a friend was gracious enough to send me.

Slapped that baby on the grill.

    Resting

    First slice

    Plated

    Thanks for looking!

Pretty nice for a gimpy fingered fella.

How was the Sweet Spot? We like to use it on slathered smoked taters.

I don;t know how to say this, but did you look at the overall shape of the meat in the first pic? I think it may be obscene.

Tim, did you forget to take your meds again?

Sad thing is that I thought the same thing.
