    Default Spring Break Cookout..........

    Spring Break Cookout....
My son came home for spring break from college with his DSO and they wanted some Cave Man Cuisine! I did up a brisket and a couple of butts. We had about 20 people over and they each brought a dish of some kind dish. The pulled pork was a big hit, but the brisket just vanished!

YES That is a SEAR for sure. I must do my nest brisket the SOB method. Lookes like it was a fantastic looking success for a cook-out.
Great pictures as well and I do like the BBQ glove for getting a good grip around a HOT fire for sure. for sharing with us.

Thanks folks for the kind words! We did have a great turnout of the neighborhood! I should have got more pics of all the food that included, pasta salad, potato salad, cowoy beans, and on and on! I love doing a brisket up the SOB way!!! I like it better that any other method I've tried and I think the brisky comes out more tender and moist and I NEVER have left over!
