    Default Beef Kabobs

Chunked up a tri tip and marinated in teriyaki sauce for a few hours. Sliced up some sausage, onions, red bell peppers, tomatillos, and zucchini and added some mushrooms and tossed in italian dressing, dried oregano and thyme.

Bought these Firewire skewers awhile ago and never tried them. I need to get a few more they work so much better than regular skewers.

Everything's done, put in a pan and back on the grill to heat everything back thru.

Plated and served with some Rice a Roni lol.

Awesome looking chow. I have looked at those skewers before and wondered how they were.

The end is loose so its easier to grab and the food dosen't spin on the wire so its easier to turn the meat.

Here's a video of them. LOL I feel like a pitchman

Your Kabobs look good. I like the idea of the wire instead of the wooden skewers. Will have to look for them.

I really like the grates and they are not hard at all to maintain. I usually don't do anything to them unless the grill gets really hot. If it does get I just clean the grate when I'm done and then wipe the grate down with some oil.
