    Default Ribs,and butts.

Shoveled over a foot of snow so I could smell some Q today. The sun came out and it was actually pretty nice of a day.

rubbed up a couple butts and some babybacks last night, put em on around 8 this mornin, tossed a couple fatties on with them a couple hrs later.

The ribbs went for 5 hrs, and then to the plate. They were some of the best I have done, and the first ones on the Lang for me.

I'll try to get pics of the pulled butts. They are at 185 right now, in the foil. I spect they'll be goin into the cooler in an hr or so.

Just gonna cook sides for easter, the hard/fun part was done today despite the large dump of snow!

here is a pic of the first butt to come off and rest for 2 hrs. The other butt was 2 whole hrs behind. They stayed neck and neck in temps until the plateau, then the distance continued to grow in temps. Amazing to me!

    Happy Easter everyone!

I don't know what the actual temp is, but it cooks the way I want it to, so I don't guess it really matters.
