    Default Eggin' me on!

    Fired up both my Big Green Eggs for this cook!

    Started out with Lamb Short Ribs



    Trimmed up, salt, pepper, Indian River Herb Spice mix





    Dijon Mustard slather, then dredged in bread crumbs



    Cooked indirect, @350* with Acorn squash, Garlic/Rosemary Fingerling potatoes and garlic bread







    Next up we have an Alaskan King Salmon tail end filet, with Raging River Dizzy Pig rub cooked direct @450* with sauteed Asparagus spears
