    Default My wife rocks!

My wife is far and beyond the absolute best baker I have ever encountered and is always inventing new cakes, cookies, bars, pies, etc... Her specialty is cheesecake though. She makes them good enough people often offer her money to make them, of course she won't take it though.

Anyway, here's her latest. It's a chocolate-chipotle brownie based cheesecake with caramel and candied chipotle almonds on top.

Finally had a piece, I had to wait to get unfull from the ribs and beer... It was amazing. It just tasted like a chocolate-caramel cheesecake but when you took a break, you got a little heat. Not enough that it was distracting, just tasty.

    Again, my wife rocks!
