    Default Rotisserie Pics

I might as well start the ball rolling (or the spit spinning) on the Rotisserie Thread. I have an Ez-Que cradle rotisserie that is a real nice addition to the Weber kettle. I use mostly lump in the indirect baskets with wood for smoke.
Drip pan under the meat, sometimes a small tray of water, lid closed and run it at 350*

I do a lot of chickens on it and it will easily hold two 5lb birds at a time. 45-60 minutes.

I just may have to break down and drop the change for one of those units.

I don't know what the actual temp is, but it cooks the way I want it to, so I don't guess it really matters.

I'm needing to. I really could use the space in the kettle. Besides, I want to do some rotis bird and don't have a space for them.

Seen pics, but never in real life. In fact, all I've ever seen up close is black.
