    Default Brisket-Pulled Pork Chili & Corn Bread Muffins

    Having a little chili cook-off with the boys from work so i whiped this up
    yellow & red peppers - green chilles - cilantro - chili black kidney beans Heinken seasoning and what ever else I saw in the cupboard - never measured anything also made some cornbread muffins



    1 custom flame job UDS
    3 Weber Genesis 3 burner gassers
    2 weber 18.5 kettles
    1 Big Chief Smoker

    Looks like some good chili. I did a pot of pulled pork chile a couple weeks ago with a chili mix package and it was good. Yours looks even better.

    was 1st by all 3 judges had 9 people cook won $25 and got to eat lots of chili
    Heineken seasoning is just 12oz. Heiny green bottle
