    Looks fantastic. I have always like gator every way that I have had it. Visited a place out on a lake outside Alexandria, LA called Tunks or Turks and they had a gator platter with all cajun types of dishes containing gator known to man. for sharing. Those Pork Chops look way, way good for sure.

    I don't know what the actual temp is, but it cooks the way I want it to, so I don't guess it really matters.
