I have that grill basket. Does it have a detachable handle? I use mine for grilled shrooms, scrimps and such. Love it.

Looks like the ECB will work just fine.

No handle on the basket but it has extended sides that I suppose you use as handles. Best part was that it slid straight in with no mods.

Came out pretty tasty, used a LOT of fuel, I am guessing this is due to the weather?

I have a GOSM gasser. Love it. It is simple and easy to control. Turns out great grub. That Brinkmann should be very close.
Use wood CHUNKS, not chips. Do not soak them. You do not need the perforated basket for the wood. The pan it came with works fine, use it. Use the basket for cooking veggies, etc.
    And show us the groceries.

It all looks great, but I particularly like the "Less lettuce" salad.

@ Peculiarmike, it's a charcoal smoker, the perforated basket is what I used for the fire basket (kind of like a small UDS setup). It came with a solid bowl to hold the charcoal & wood. Since oxygen is part of the fire triangle, I thought it would work better...LOL.
I used to have a GOSM and loved it as well, I drilled out the lid of a DO and then filled the DO with the wood chunks, it lasted for several hours before I would have to fiddle with it again.

No worries, I figured you just missed that part in my earlier post.
