Default Grilled Brick House Cheese Sammie

Well I was home for lunch today so why not fire the grill up. I made a grilled brick house cheese Sammie with Colby jack, Muenster, fresh grated parmesan, turkey, salami, mater, spicy mustard and dusted with rooster booster all on multi grain bread.

Cheese didn't melt too much though.

Yeh I was kind of pressed for time to get back to work. I usually leave the cheese out for a while and also leave the Sammie on the top shelve for a while to get it nice and melty.

Man, I wish I had time to run home and grill up lunch....
That would be really nice, but it would also mean letting my belt out a few holes too.
