I'm drawing up plans for a one egg'd table and will build shortly. I'm thinking that it has to be narrow enough to fit thru a man door(when I'm away) and currently I think I will go with a 36"x26" with two fold up 18"x26" HDPE wings.
The most amazing table I saw was for two eggs and it flaunted a granite work surface and shelves. If I had time, money and ability- thats the way I'd go.

That is one nice looking table and an (soe) small orange egg with teeth to go along with it. Without the granite that would not be too expensive to build if someone had any skills.
