Default Rib Eye With Bacon Wrapped Potato

I know you folks think I forgot how to cook so took the time to immortalize tonight's dinner. I started by slicing the potato on the apple/potato peeler. Seasoned with CBP and rosemary/garlic seasoning. Stuffed the inside with cheddar cheese, wrapped with bacon, foiled and put on the upper rack of the grill for almost an hour. The steak just got the Canadian Steak Seasoning treatment and grilled til rare.

Sounds like a party brewing!I've got some more steaks in the freezer and a whole bin full of those big ol' taters. Those are Sam's Club baking potatos. I have to cut them in half so they'll fit in the slicer.

I'm one up on you. I've been to NW Arkansas and the dam chiggers just about drove me crazy (crazier than I already am). I did catch a nice bunch of trout on the White River though.
