    Default A Mile High Howdy!!

This is my first post. Two years ago I built a Big Baby Smoker http://www.thesmokering.com/pits/met...by/default.jsp

I chose this design for two reasons: 1) capacity & 2) because it can cold smoke. Like y'all I do loves my BBQ. But as a chef I do like experimenting with cold smoking (ex. Lox & cheeses).

On the hot side, we do everything from ribs to brisket to prime ribs and maple infused turkeys.

I visited India this past fall and now I am exploring building a tandoori oven.

I am also looking for plans on how to build a pit.

I am looking forward to sharing and learning from you folks.

    Keep on smok'in,

    Chef B

aboard Chef. That's a cool smoker. I was gonna make one of those years ago but never did it. Bet it turns out some good Q. Have fun here and show us what the Baby looks like in action!
