    I think my favorite steak is a rib steak, next to that, I gotta go with the tenderloin...

    Great idea for a thread!

    I'd have to say top sirloin due to the flavor and price. Tough to decide, though.

    Brisket is up real close. Would like to try bone marrow and ox tail.

    For grillin,I like ribeyes.
    For Q, I like brisket.

    So many choices but I'd have to settle in on a huge cut of ribeye cooked med rare cuz it's so danged tastey.

    Beef ribs, ribeyes medium rare and brisket. All seasoned with just kosher salt and cracked black pepper and maybe a sprinkle of garlic.

    I like cowboy t-bones and tenderloin myself .Hard to get them around here though unless you have a cow butchered.
