    Gots me a Plate Setter for the egg & Temporay cast iron grate till me new one comes .Gonna try it out this eve .What should i stoke tonight .any ideas ??

    Steve- this is my favorite work out for the green egg. I do it all on the egg. Just be careful because that dam placesetter is hot!!! My boys will actually clean the house just for a promise from me to make this LOL!! Idid this at the snowmobile camp last week for lunch and some of the guys who are darn good cooks were blowin' away by this.

    I was one of his early testers before he went into production, and I gotta say the grid lifter is one of my most used grill tools! I have 2 of them, they are great for hanging the grates on the side tables. The cast iron lifters are a must have!
