Default Beef ribs with hamburgers and grilled veggies

The weather was finally at least decent, mid 30's, so I decided to grill some vegetables. While at the store, I noticed a couple of small packs of beef ribs, MEATY beef ribs, but only a couple in each pack. So, I went ahead and picked them up along with two 2 packs of premade 85/15 hamburger patties. Here are the results.

Red potatoes, zucchini, squash, and my first attempt at grilled tomatoes and asparagus. Everything is brushed with a mixture of 1/2 olive oil, 1/2 canola oil, coarse ground black pepper and kosher salt. It all was good but the asparagus was incredible. The tips were nicely done and has a mild, sweet flavor to them!

And finally everything put together. Yes, each of those hunks of meat in the front is 2 beef ribs that haven't been cut apart yet. I'm finishing them as we speak. They were so thick they took longer than I expected

None of it is worth a $hit Greg. I'll be down in a bit to haul it off for you, but only because You're a friend.

Great job, both cook and pix.
