Default D.O. cook this coming weekend

We are going to Ks. again this coming weekend and the bunch has decided to dutch oven cook the meals. Smokinmeat is bring his ovens to help cook. Will try to remember the pics this time, even the mistakes if there are any.

I've got a few ovens (one dutch and two camp), but I haven't used them a lot to this point. I used my cast iron skillets on a regular basis.

I have 12 and a 14 D.O. with legs and an 8 and an oblong on without legs. Also have a 15", 10", 8", and 8" deep skillet w/lid that we us when camping. The wife has several cast skillets she uses in the kitchen. Also have a cast iron wok that I haven't used yet.

    10" dutch, 10" deep camp, 8" camp
My skillets are a wide assortment of sizes and shapes with a couple griddles thrown in to boot. I live near a Lodge outlet; so, it's fairly easy to get stuff. The seconds are very good deals.

I'd like to add a 12" camp oven. My little girl saw a picture of one of the new 6" camps ovens and wants me to get one of those.

We have a group of us that were in the guard together and started camping together a couple years ago when they got back from Iraq. I was out already when they left. One has retired since and the other two only have about a yr. left before retiring and we try to smoke or D.O. cook when we get together which is usually about once a month during the summer.

Shortone also has a bobbed Kenworth he hauls all his "iron" in.
    Has to avoid scales though.
