    Default Burgers and Fries

Made Bacon, hatch green chili cheese burgers tonight. Other than the burgers being on the wimpy side one of the best burger and fries I have made. Deep fried the fries twice and these came out nice and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. My first time trying this technique.

Burgers and green chilies on the Weber.

    Plated pics.

All that and I'm suffering through some Italin beef tonight.

the double fry is the way to go.

Next time cut some fresh taters, shock them in ice water, drain them and give 'em a try.

they are sooooo much better that the par fried frozen ones.

Looks like you did everything just right, Vermin! Looks very good.

One of the best meals there is, burger and fries.
