    that's my kinda set of knives!!



    i've been using a swiss knive since the dawn of time...a R.H. FORSCHNER CO, VICTORINOX

    i got it when i was in the restaurants and have had it ever since, i can fillet a perch with this thing if needed, but I also a have an arsenal of cheapy soft metal knives, mostly boning knives..to me a chef knife and the boning knife are the most important knives...number one is the chef knife, the day a dish washer tried to sharpen my knife on the electric stone was almost his last day, the knife still barrs the scars
