    Default Breakfast with Peculiar Company

Mike and Jane from Peculiar, MO came down to welcome in the new year with us yesterday. we slept in today and after a while couldn;t figure out what to have for breakfast.

we just kinda went through the fridge and came up with a casserole that had Sausage, capocolllo, bell pepper, 5 cheeses, onion, and eggs, and of course, we didn;t forget the Rooster Booster.

We gave it about 40 minutes at 375 with olive wood smoke on the new Legacy, and it was pretty good.

    Who was that masked man?

It got so hungry out that the pigs were even eating bacon

    Then it was done

Then about 5 minutes later, this is all that was left

We were up until about 2:00a.m. Skyping with BYBBQ and Chargrilled.

We wish more of you could've been here!

I've got pix from tonight that I'll post later. It has to do with pork, catfish, weenies, gonads, and maybe even a few other goodies.
