    Looks good, Joe...I was watching out for this one. I did my first ever bacon a little while back and it's probably the best bacon I've ever had...amazing how easy it is.

    I have not tried the sweet bacon recipe but my next batch instead of sugar I will use maple sugar and see how it turns out. Piker

    I don't have a problem with that so you can just send the samples you were going to send to him to my place and I'll take care of the paperwork for it
