    Default Hello from central NY

I was searching for a recipe and stumbled across your place. I saw a few names that I recognized from other sites I visit, so I figured it has to be a good place to talk Q.
I'm mostly a hobby sausage maker, but I do some other Q now and then.
I'm looking forward to joining in after I learn my way around.
    Thanks for having me, Dan

    to The Joint!

What recipe were you looking for? Did you find it?

Looks to me like you know your way around well enough to join in, so why not just take the plunge?

I'm a sausage fiend. Post all you can on the subject. I don't make much sausage any more. I have decided to act the part of the aficionado as opposed to the crafter.

, Dan. I'm not a sausage maker myself, but I dig sausage. Hope you feel at home here. I live in Texas, and sausage rules in my part of the state!
