Default Rooster Booster chicken in the drum

Rubbed a whole chicken with Rooster Booster.
I cooked it on a weber stand beer can style.Put a little wheat beer in with it.

    Out of the drum.

Plated with texas toast garlic bread scalloped taters and some veggies.

Skin got soft .Foiled it too long waiting for the scallope taters.Oh well.

Nice looking bird Paul. How many of those wheat beers did you have to drink before you could eat that chicken? Sorry you had to have chicken again.

Thanks for sharing with us. You put on a plate of clucker

    Nice Paul!!!
You could have called. Bout 6 hours by air, counting airport time, I figure.
    It could have worked.
I like wheat beer. Would have brought some Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat to "help out". Owe you for a few Blue Moons.
