    Default Beula's started smoking AGAIN!!!!

Went in to work Monday and the boss asked if I would be interested in smoking something for a couple of meetings in the next two weeks. My answer was "sure". We decided on smoked loins, sliced after smoking, and Dutch's beans for tomorrow. Buela is at it again with 9 loins receiving her attention as I type this. I plan on mixing Dutch's beans this afternoon and smoking them in the morning, while warming the loins to serve for dinner. For next Wednesday, we are doing pulled pork sammies with Dutch's beans. Buela said she could handle the stress if I could. Hopefully pics to follow.
Plan on serving 60+ both days with plenty of leftovers.

Good luck and I hope it all comes out good for you and Buela.

Well, here's the finished loins, 18 halves, will let cool and slice for tomorrow later. Also had a little taste tester helping me tonight. Notice bottom of stir-crazy cornpopper in pic. Grandpa had to take time out to fix her some popcorn.
