    I was kind of hoping to see your Thanksgiving birds either ready to eat or in the process of being eaten. Somebody has to have some smoked turkey?

    I wish I was a photographer too. I borrowed that one from the net.

    Here's my smoked turkey just out of the smoker getting ready to be foiled and rest for a bit...
