    Default "Hi" from the sandy shores of Lake Michigan

    Hi fellow "Q"ers. I was bitten by the BBQ bug several years ago. I doubt that I will ever recover. I have never done a competition yet but have judged several events. I hope to get my "Master" BBQ judge certificate in 2010. After that who knows. This past summer I cooked pulled pork for a friends wedding with 150 guests. I felt some pressure but had a ball.
    During the winter months I enjoy making Old World breads, mostly sourdoughs.
    I belong to several other forums and just found this one this weekend. I find there is always something new to learn or an experience to share.
