    Default Carne Asada burritos

Had a flank steak marinating overnight with some store bought marinade.

Made some pico de gallo with some fire roasted jalapenos. Fire roasting the jalapenos then deveining them is my new favorite way to eat jalapenos.

flank steak on the grill along with some green onions.

    flank all cubed up.

Plated. Had some bean burgers leftover so we had them as a side dish.

    YUM!!!

Vermin those look really good. Whenever I ear someone say Carne Asada burritos I immediately think of San Diego and the absolute best Carne Asada burritos I have ever ate.It was at little walk up place with long lines in Ocean Beach called Roberto's. now that was over 20 years ago since I last ate there but they where so good I can still remember the taste and wonderful aroma. Thank you for bringing back some memories of good times, great amigos and delicious food.
