    Default Salmon Pie

Left over smoked salmon with softened onion, balnched sparagus, and other stuff.

    Out of the oven

Ready to eat with a Remoulade Sauce and maple & ginger glazed carrots
(Dont know why the pic was so dim)

    Looks good Dawg.

I must admit I had to look up Remoulade sauce.

I think he said is was Remoulade sauce. Sounds like quite a tasty combo!

I remember the first time I tried that sauce. Tim, you and I were at lunch down at that Cajun place on Kenosha...I think the place was Copelands. I think we had it with Calamari. It was pretty good.

    I likes me some remoulade.

There are an awful lot of versions to be had, and one day I hope to have tried them all.
