    Default Another Catering Job

Just finished another small catering job, 50 people, three meats. Went very smooth! I cooked brisket, butts and hotlinks, the smoker was full!

Wanted to thank Tim for the great deal on the DigiQ II, that thing helped big time and I got to sleep last night!

That thing is sweet, lets just hope I don't break it like I did my first one!

Congratulations Mike. It's always good when things go smoothly. Makes the money a little sweeter.

Keep in mind if you break the DigiQ, Tim will be more than happy to sell you another one. He's kinda ok that way ya know
