That sounds like a Stellar samich Cal. I had some Chili Beans & Creole Boiled rice. It was something My Mom & My Grannie used to make since Sunday was Mothers day I made a Pot in their Honor. Not as good as they could make but it sure brought back some fond memories.

i went hunting and i shot a big ole dry tom turkey this week so i boned, it ground it up, mixed it with some fatty pork, italian seasonings from the pantry and made 12 lbs of Italian turkey sausage. then today i made meat balls and a sauce from last seasons canned tomatoes, onion, g pepper, mushrooms, nice hard roll, tossed the bomber in the oven and melted some cheese over it til it was all gooey...then i ate it with out taking any pictures......

No chickens were harmed in this statement. But it doesn't mean I didn't want to.

after two days of catching a limit of blue gills, then followed next by yard work all day.....

I made the perfect ribs, nice pull, pulled just shy of clean from the bone, not pulled pork tender, little chew, nice smoke ring, good sauce, rub, just a touch of bark....my best rib cook so far.....no pics... went well with corn on the cob and a broccoli salad on the eggy and garlic side, sipped it down with a stiff bourbon..... life is good!!!

might be fiction might not, no pics it never happened....

this site made that rib cook possible

Sounds awesome chester. Remember the cook made it happen. Good job with the ribs.
