Left over Brisket from my Sunday cook and it was as moist as Sunday along with baked beans and cole slaw. That was my first brisket on the UDS.

Time constraints prevented me from smoking a very nice chuck roast and taters last nite.
Not bbq but my grandmothers pressure cooker style pot roast with onions, taters and carrots turned out awesome.

Wifey added more veggies which complimented our little feast.

Mmmmmmmm...! I love sf seeds...as a snack w/ a brewsky! But as a meal? I was surprised that a woman of your talents(I've seen your posts) would have such a dinner. But I've been there too. Too pooped to cook. Well get some rest. Lookin' forward to more of your magic!
