    Default These babies are pretty!

The Okette called for some honey/ garlic /ginger BBs tonight so I obliged.

2 1/2 hours on the drum at 250, then a qick glazr ovr the coals on the Hasty Bake, and this is what I got:

After 2 hours on the drum, I coated them with honey garlic ginger sauce and then turned them upside down in some foil so that the sauce stayed right up against the foil and the meat.

When I took them out of the foil and laid them on the grill, I poured the excess sauce over them and then brushed them after eack turn with a little more sauce.

Hope I inspired someone to try something new and different.

We were talking on the phone while they were on the drum. And here they are! Cowabunga Buffalo Bob they look great! Gotta try the glaze.
I had 2 slabs on my drum also, didn't look that pretty but ate fine. No pics so I guess we went hungry. But they were good. Likins rub and some of my sauce.
