The Okette called for some honey/ garlic /ginger BBs tonight so I obliged.
2 1/2 hours on the drum at 250°, then a qick glazr ovr the coals on the Hasty Bake, and this is what I got:
After 2 hours on the drum, I coated them with honey garlic ginger sauce and then turned them upside down in some foil so that the sauce stayed right up against the foil and the meat.
When I took them out of the foil and laid them on the grill, I poured the excess sauce over them and then brushed them after eack turn with a little more sauce.
Hope I inspired someone to try something new and different.
