    Default "Q-in" in the Central Valley!!! California...

    Hello, and Thank You Q Joint for bringing me into this huge family of Meat burners.... I love to BBQ and have never had a bad day BBQ-in. I have Q-ed for over 1500 coworkers on numerous occasions. I have been hands down voted to be the one to BBQ over 90#'s of California Prime Tri-Tip for a local Church function. I make my own Shake/Rub. I have been making this shake for over 15 years and have been begged buy friends and family for the recipe and I won't give it up. This Shake/Rub is best enjoyed on any meat, fowl or even on vegetables and or pasta. I do give it to all my family and friends for X-mas and Birthdays or refills cost a 30 pack of beer! I love to "Q"
    I never new of this thing called the UDS until I went to a party and seen one. I thought " what the heck this can't be good" but once I tried the smoked meat I was on a mission to get into this hidden form of UDSing. I found a place with used very clean vegetable oil 55 gallon drums for $15 each with removable lids and large and small bung holes.
    I can't wait!!!!

    Glad you decided to join us!You will love the drum.I make it up to Patterson once or twice a year.My buddy has a house there.
