    I am glad that Chester brought this up.
    I am going to have to try it but will have a problem as "Bush's baked beans" do not exist here.

    Any suggestions for a replacement ?

    They list several different brands.
    Can you get the Heinz?Sounds like you might be able to add brown sugar and get something similar.Read under U.S.

    The only Heinz product I have seen here is ketchup but I have not searched for beans. Will do, again thank you.

    Love Dutch's recipe! Not to take anything away from a great recipe, but I have an endless supply of navy beans and homemade chili sauce. I have found that a pint of the chili sauce and the navy beans are great substitutions for the Hunts beans and ketchup.

    I have substituted the bush's with two cans of chili beans and one can of great northern white beans (cause thats what I had) with great success.
