    Everything looks delicious, Paul! I have a hard time finding tri-tip around here, but that chicken would look great on a plate in front of me.

    I'm open for ideas on how to put some wheels on this bad boy.I about killed myself moving it by myself.

    How about large wagon wheels on th stack side and a pivoting set on the firebox side to steer it. Level will be important of course.
