    Default Chicken Thighs with red beans and rice

    Decided to play with the borrowed toy again.










    Served with red beans and rice and some caeser salad.

    Ohhh My - they sure do look good. Bet they taste like chicken though .

    Excellent lookin' dinner.


    I have 6 leg quarters thawing out right now, and believe it or not red beans soaking in a bowl of water in the fridge to make red beans and rice for dinner tomorrow night.

    That is some fine looking yard bird and the rest of the plate is more than I can bare. I got pintos soaking for tommorow as well. Must be something in the beer. that pit is to cool.

    I will be waiting for that red bean and rice recipe.Mine was boxed.My boy loved it.I like dirty rice too!

    Well dang that looks good! I love a little Cajun side dish w/que. I'm thinkin' about some jambalaya w/ brisket this w/e.
    BTW if you get tired of babysitting that "toy" I'd be glad to take a turn!
