    Default Peach Pie Anyone?

So among other things, Its peach season round here. I had a bunch getting soft so it was either pie or cobbler, I went pie. 2-1/2# peaches, 3/4# brown sugar, lemon juice, tapioca, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and butter

Dumped it into my pie crust set in a stone bowl and tpopped it with a second crust.

Cooked at 400 for 1 hr and this is what I got, letting it cool now:

Weber 22.5 One Touch Gold, 18.5 One Touch Silver, 2x5 commercial charcoal grill, Ugly Drum Smoker "Black Betty" wamba lam
