    That pic is gonna have me going to the fridge for left overs when I get home.

    If its hot on the inlet side, it prolly needs a baffle and maybe even a heat sink.

    So sorry to see it go, Paul. You will be the only one to make that thing sing. You did some great cooks on that.

    All good things must come to an end. Now you have a chance to get a real mans smoker.......a pellet smoker.

    Sorry to hear, Paul. you'll make the next one work perfect, too.

    I called him up Jason.I am moving and didn't think I should take her without asking him.It was a good deal while it lasted.I got to cook on a offset and he got a well seasoned smoker.
