    Default Another Campfire Breakfast

I make this same breakfast every time I camp. lol It's one of my favorites.

I start by frying some potatoes and onions...

Make my hollandaise sauce by using three egg yolks with lemon juice..then add butter and seasonings...

    Grill some sliced ham...

Start my eggs and toast some english muffins....

    I like fruit.

Thanks for checking out my campfire breakfast!

You are the greatest. Tell me you aren't really making Hollandaise on the campfire in cast iron.

    Great b'fast Lady.

for those of you not familiar with French cuisine, a good many experienced chefs buy a special double boiler pan just for making the sometimes difficult Hollandaise sauce. This is very impressive.

That's about as perfect a campfire meal as I've seen! I'd sure like to camp next to you.

Ok, that ripped it! Camping next weekend. Taking the cowboy cooking setup. Hope mine turns out as good as yours looks! We'll see, or not. Depends on how it works out.

Very cool! You're quite the gourmet; cookin' Eggs Benedict on a campfire. Some folks can barely handle weinies and marshmallows on a stick! I'd camp with you anytime
