Default Top Blade, Corn Puddin, and Cajun Beans

Got a craving for grilled beef last week and just haven't had a chance to post the pix until now.

I know, I'm going "Top blade crazy" anymore, but I just can't seem to get enough of theis wonderful cut. Well here ya go:

Ont he Hasybake, direct, but w/ the fire grate set all the way down (prolly 20" below the meat, also not much updraft cuz the fire is sitting in the ashes:

    Resting on the board:

Sliced for serving, a perfect medium @ 145*:

    Some corn pudding:

    A few Cajun green beans:

    And finally, Good Eats:

Nice job SmokyOkie! I'm gonna have to give that Top Blade a try.

You got the recipe for that corn puddin?
To get a better piece of chicken you'd have to be a Rooster!

Good Eats indeed! I haven't tried Top blade, but this really makes me hungry to do so! Yum!

Any chance of that corn pudding recipe making it's way to the Sides section?
