Default First Cook On The New Off Set

Ok yall have been looking at the fab of the smoker I built and I did my first cook today. Just some chick wings and sausage but here are the pix. The smoker is working a lot better than I thought. I got much better color on the wings than I ever get on the upright I have at home.

    Thanks for all the looks..

Is it wrong to want a beer at 6 am when I fire up the smoker?

Looks like the new unit is a keeper. Great job on the smoker and the food.
