it can never be big enough!! buddy of mine has the 104 kitchen.. can cook like 5 cases of ribs, 7 cases of butts...and he thinks he could fit me in there as well.. ha...
I built mine to keep it cheaper to learn on.. sometime next year i'll sell this thing and head to georgia and buy the lang i was drooling over. the only thing i have ever heard bad about a lang is the fact that they didn't buy a larger one.. ha

I did do some "pickin' " recently and have located a 500 gallon diesel tank and an old trailer frame that is in realy god shape. I can get both for less than $50.00.
I am seriously considering engineering a smaoker of my own. I have a welder that has agreed to sit down and talk...

I own a belfab. While it is a good smoker, it is not even in the same ballpark as a lang, klose, or jambo.
