    Default July 4th Cook

Been so busy lately haven't had time to post pics. Had a few folks over for the Forth and decided to do a brisket Okie style. Thanks Tim, everyone loved it. Did the brisket the night before and forgot to shut down the drum Next morning it was still humming away at 275. Put on a butt and a couple slabs of baby backs and it was still running good after those came off. 26 hours before temp started to drop These drums are amazing. Threw on some pig candy, ABTs, and some fresh corn on the CG My wife did some shrimp kabobs too. What a feast.

    Thanks for lookin
